After various bands and projects Jonas Backe got in touch with Ante Zoergel and a new project took form during 2019. When time allowed it grew into Eldprov and the single Until Nightfall was released in feb -2020. Simon Henell joined in behind the drums and the single Hunt came to life in July 2021.

Released by Grind to Death Records the 16th of September 2022 the album Rift erupted through the cracks and was well recieved. A 2-song single and video is in the making and will reach the flames in dawn of 2023.

The song we choosed for Forged in Metal is our first single «Until Nightfall» which paved the way for this project and represents the diversity of the album.
