L. A. Project was born as an instrumental music project in the first instance and as the songs were developed, ideas emerged to transform them into songs. Thus, 3 songs were recorded with different vocalists Angela, Mel Pollux and Eric Castiglia because their characteristics required it. To complete the project, 2 drummers with very different characteristics, Christian Gangeri and Bernardino Ponzani.
The 2 instrumental songs have completely different characteristics. One has a theme that is repeated throughout the song and everything revolves around that and the other is an instrumental that is the basis of the rhythmic riff that marks the song as a journey with 3 stages.
In the songs, we have Gimme with an approach more towards the tones of Van Halen and Mr.Big or Dokken, in Goodbye the approach was more towards melodic metal with tones closer to Evanescence and Rock star was made with more rock tones .
This is how the EP 5 Dimensions came about as there are 5 songs with different musical approaches.
In the summer of 2022, work on the new EP begins. With the idea of creating a more defined and elaborate sound with the guitar in the spotlight, Lukky Sparxx joins the project for vocals and guitar, with Rich Gray from Annihilator on bass and Fábio Alessandrini on drums. After recording the first Single Carry On, Fábio left to join the Bonfire Tour and drummer David Mendez joined. The recording work continues and 4 more songs are recorded, the last being an instrumental featuring guitarist Alex Shred Label.
The new EP Electric Life was released in digital format on July 2023 and is available for sale on Bandcamp.
At the end of 2023, drummer Glenn Welman begins recording for the new single with new elements, Rob Rideout on vocals and Chris Lozano on bass, the guitars continue to be performed by Luís Amaro.
The new single is released on April 13, 2024 under the name Hey Song.
