Founded in summer 2021, the band has already demolished several stages in the last three years. The name is new — the line-up are veterans in the metal scene. In spring 2023, the first demo “demophobie” was released — available on all streaming platforms, tape and vinyl. The next album, this time a full LP, has already been recorded and will be released in 2024 – stay tuned!

Rooted in old Thrash and Heavy Metal (Sodom), Ranzer drills out the rusty frame with stoic crust punk, occupying a genre in which Audio Kollaps or Rawside were already at home. Peppered with Swedish guitar leads like Wolfbrigade, listeners can expect a fierce balancing act of merciless banging, D-beats and epic-melodic material that bristles with power and yet reeks of free beer and vomit.

German lyrics about decay, pain and human abysses with a clear anti-fascist message leave no questions unanswered. There is no discussion here, just a tough stance. Get ready. It’s time for Ranzer.
