Syndrom plays thrash/death metal, the band has been active on the metal scene non-stop since 2005, this year they are celebrating their 20th anniversary and have just recorded their fourth studio album.

The band formed in Zielona Góra, Poland, and recorded their first studio album, «Primitive Future,» in 2005. Three years later (2008), they recorded their second studio album, «Back To The Life.» Increased concert activity in 2010 resulted in the release of the live album «Voice From The Life.»

The band’s third studio album, «Insanity is Contagious,» won the «Punk, Rock, Heavy Metal» category in the national «Record Debut of the Year 2017» competition in Legnica. In 2021, the band recorded their second live album, «Live in Zielona Góra.» Syndrom performs independently, alongside other bands, sometimes as a support act.
