Founded in 1994, The Prodigal Son band has been at the forefront of the Progressive Heavy Metal scene, named Best New Band in the Heavy Metal Los Angeles Scene in the late 1990s. The Prodigal Son journey has been about pushing musical boundaries and creating an unforgettable experience for our listeners. Over different decades, they have adapted and honed their sound to develop a unique style that resonates with fans of Heavy Metal. In past albums, they have recorded songs in both English & Spanish. They have been honored to collaborate this new Album & Video with Addasi Addasi at Fuel Music Studio, Leo Liberti Films, Brendan Duffey Audio, Adriano Daga, Will Carbonari, Maria Castallon. On prior projects & prior recordings they have collaborated with German Villacorta, Opcion Sonica: Felix and Anna Mejorado, Ricardo Ochoa, Jorge Jacobellis, Danielle Cheek. They cherish the opportunities they have beene given to open for the bands: Suicidal Tendencies, Testament, WASP, Exodus, Sratovarius, Gamma Ray, Metal Church, Brujeria, Rata Blanca, Angeles Del Infierno, Biohazard, Death Angel, Amorphis, Transmetal, Leprosy, Dave Evans Band.

Members of the band:
Kleber Mandrake – Vocals: Brazilian born, Kleber joined the band in late 2024 where his dynamic personality and vocal range is exhibited on and off the stage with his captivating presence and savage, powerful singing.
Claudio De La Fuente – Guitars: Born in Chile; born to play guitar, Claudio has been with The Prodigal Son from the beginning and has a unique technical, emotional style with a hard, rough edge.
Rosario Cifelli – Guitars: Hailing from Louisiana, Rosario is heavy metal meeting the blues with his «take you on a wild ride» live action every time he is playing the guitar. He has been with the band since 2011 and his passion shows with every strum and note he plays.
Josafat Rosas (Chopas) – Bass: Born in Mexico, a founder of The Prodigal Son, Chopas is dedicated to his craft and passionate about bringing the intriguing music & lyrics to everyone. He is bassist extraordinaire and the main songwriter of the band.
William Guerra – Drums: Born in Los Angeles of mixed heritage -Mexican descent, William joined the band in 2023, bringing massive talent and beastlike sounds with a mix of technical precision on the drums.
